I have been using tour companies to do walking holidays for quite a number of years. I have never experienced the very high level of service, courtesy, management and organisation that Barry showed this weekend in the Burren. The accommodation was top notch, evening meals (with a great choice) were superb. The walks were amazing. Barry’s attention to detail without fussing us was outstanding. Thanks Barry, will be back and recommending you to all my walking friends.

“Thanks Barry for a very memorable hiking holiday in the Burren. I had visited the Burren previously but thanks to your knowledge and expertise I saw it through different eyes this time. I have recommended your Burren weekend to a number of friends and look forward to joining your trip to Mayo next year.”

Just back from Barry’s guided tour of The Burren. It was fabulous, great walks with a very knowledgeable guide. We had great accommodation with excellent breakfast, followed by punctual transport to our designated hike. In the evenings we had really good choices for food and drinks. Overall a truly wonderful experience. Can’t wait for our next trip with Barry.

“It was so good to be out west in that wild barren wonderful land with Barry and Co. I really enjoyed the walks I did. I didn’t do them all as I was recovering from an illness, but still loved it.”

Barry gave us a super few days on the Burren. Walking with great food and great company in a way that allowed us to feel part of the Burren, rather than looking at it from a distance.

I had a wonderful few days walking with Barry on the Burren. Accomodation, food, etc, second to none and really well organised. The walking was great and he is a really calm good leader.

I have just returned home from a wonderful walking weekend in the Burren with Barry. This was my fifth trip away with Barry. As ever, he organised great walks/hikes, accommodation, bed and breakfast, packed lunches and dinner. As a leader, Barry is obliging, patient, efficient and very good-humoured throughout. I’d highly recommend his trips.
