About Barry's Guided Tours

I live in beautiful County Mayo, in the West of Ireland and lead walking tours in Mayo, Connemara, Aran Islands and The Burren.

I also bring one group per annum for a hiking week in each of Andalucia, the South of France, Austria/Bavaria, Catalunya and Provence.

I love to learn about nature, history, legends, medieval monastic sites, folklore and anything else to do with our shared heritage and culture.

Barry’s Guided Tours offers gentle tourism to rural areas of great natural beauty and interest.

I am registered with Fáilte Ireland (Ireland’s National Tourism Development Board) as a provider of guided walking holidays, a qualified Marine and Countryside Guide (with distinction) and am fully insured.
